The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 200,000.00 – 300,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 218,500.00 (€ 167,612.76) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Model On Green, 1933 is the most expensive artwork by Nikolai Andreevich Tyrsa that we have observed at auctions so far.
