Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work 'Ship Eveline Leaving Malta 1855' by Nicolas S. Cammillieri was sold in the Travel & Exploration auction at Bonhams in London in February 2021. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 1,800.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 2,040.00 (€ 2,352.76). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Nicolas S. Cammillieri - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Day and night: the s.m. 'de Bier' under sail, which sold at auction in September 2003 for EUR 8,962.50.

Die Arbeit 'Ship Eveline Leaving Malta 1855' von Nicolas S. Cammillieri wurde im Februar 2021 in der Auktion Travel & Exploration bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 1.800,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 2.040,00 (€ 2.352,76) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Nicolas S.
