Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Bamboo and Lady by Ni Tian was auctioned at Christies in Paris in June this year. The price achieved of HKD 50,400.00 (€ 5,889.23) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 40,000.00 – 60,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ni Tian achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Figures in April this year with an auction result of HKD 60,000.00 (€ 61,271.74).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Bamboo and Lady von Ni Tian kam im Juni diesen Jahres bei Christies in Paris zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 50.400,00 (€ 5.889,23) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 40.000,00 – 60.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ni Tian erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Figures im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 60.000,00 (€ 61.271,74).
