Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2021 Artcurial in Paris held the auction African Contemporary Art, which included the work L'Espoir, 2010 by Ndary Lo. The price achieved of EUR 11,960.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Other works by Ndary Lo have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in March 2021 the work Taaru à talons, 2013 was auctioned for GBP 15,250.00 (€ 17,914.82).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2021 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion African Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit L'Espoir, 2010 von Ndary Lo zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 11.960,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Ndary Lo konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im März 2021 die Arbeit Taaru à talons, 2013 für GBP 15.250,00 (€ 17.914,82) versteigert.
