In November 2009 Sothebys in New York held the auction Russian Art, which included the work Russian Costume Design For St. Andrew In The Unrealized Production Liturgie, 1915 by Natalia Goncharova. The auction ended at the price of USD 30,000.00 (€ 20,008.00), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of USD 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Natalia Goncharova achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Picking Apples in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 4,948,000.00 (€ 7,342,583.14).

Im November 2009 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Russian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Russian Costume Design For St. Andrew In The Unrealized Production Liturgie, 1915 von Natalia Goncharova zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 30.000,00 (€ 20.008,00) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Natalia Goncharova erzielen.
