Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2012 Sothebys in London held the auction Russian Paintings, which included the work Costume Design For A Spanish Dancer by Natalia Goncharova. The price achieved of GBP 28,125.00 (€ 34,647.15) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Natalia Goncharova achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Picking Apples in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 4,948,000.00 (€ 7,342,583.14).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2012 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Russian Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Costume Design For A Spanish Dancer von Natalia Goncharova zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 28.125,00 (€ 34.647,15) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 25.000,00 – 35.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Natalia Goncharova erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Picking Apples im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 4.948.000,00 (€ 7.342.583,14).
