Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2011 Christies in London held the auction Russian Art, which included the work Icon by Natalia Goncharova. The price achieved of GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,296.24) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Natalia Goncharova achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Picking Apples in June 2007 with an auction result of GBP 4,948,000.00 (€ 7,342,583.14).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2011 führte Christies in London die Auktion Russian Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Icon von Natalia Goncharova zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 6.250,00 (€ 7.296,24) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 5.000,00 – 7.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Natalia Goncharova erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Picking Apples im Juni 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 4.948.000,00 (€ 7.342.583,14).
