Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In July 2013 Christies in New York held the auction Interiors, which included this untitled work by Nancy Grossman. Here, the upper estimate of USD 3,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for USD 3,250.00 (€ 2,446.92). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Nancy Grossman achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Arbus in March 2018 with an auction result of USD 225,000.00 (€ 182,629.87).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Juli 2013 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Interiors durch, in der auch diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Nancy Grossman zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von USD 3.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für USD 3.250,00 (€ 2.446,92) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Nancy Grossman erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Arbus im März 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 225.000,00 (€ 182.629,87).
