Auction result fails to reach estimate
In July this year a collector was able to acquire the work The cows are drawn home in the evening sun by N. P. Mols for DKK 1,500.00 (€ 201.18). This price was achieved in the auction Paintings, furniture and varia at Bruun Rasmussen and was even lower than the DKK 3,000.00 estimate set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by N. P. Mols have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Children with their grandmother near a farmhouse in January 2024 with an auction result of DKK 2,300.00 (€ 2,010.14).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Im Juli diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit The cows are drawn home in the evening sun von N. P. Mols für DKK 1.500,00 (€ 201,18) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb des vom Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreises von DKK 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von N. P. Mols auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Children with their grandmother near a farmhouse im Januar 2024 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 2.300,00 (€ 2.010,14).
