Auction result fails to reach estimate
This work of art by N. P. Mols could be acquired at Bruun Rasmussen in Stockholm in September this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Paintings, furniture and varia auction, the work Scenery with grazing cows changed hands for DKK 1,150.00 (€ 154.18) - just shy of the DKK 3,000.00 estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by N. P. Mols achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Children with their grandmother near a farmhouse in January 2024 with an auction result of DKK 2,300.00 (€ 2,010.14).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Dieses Kunstwerk von N. P. Mols konnte im September diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen in Stockholm für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia wechselte die Arbeit Scenery with grazing cows für DKK 1.150,00 (€ 154,18) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit den Schätzpreis von DKK 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von N. P. Mols erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Children with their grandmother near a farmhouse im Januar 2024 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 2.300,00 (€ 2.010,14).
