The work “Holmsland” by N. P. Mols was sold in the Paintings, furniture and varia auction at Bruun Rasmussen in May this year. The »bidding war« ended at DKK 4,400.00 (€ 590.58), 47% above the estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by N. P. Mols - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Children with their grandmother near a farmhouse, which sold at auction in January 2024 for DKK 2,300.00 (€ 2,010.14).
Schätzpreis um 47 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit “Holmsland” von N. P. Mols wurde im Mai diesen Jahres in der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia bei Bruun Rasmussen versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von DKK 4.400,00 (€ 590,58) und damit 47% über dem Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von N. P. Mols mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Children with their grandmother near a farmhouse beobachtet, die im Januar 2024 für DKK 2.300,00 (€ 2.010,14) versteigert wurde.
