A top price for Muquet Barthelemy - as previously expected
In September 2017 Christies in Paris held the auction Collection Alberto Pinto, which included the work Sans titre by Muquet Barthelemy. The price achieved of EUR 1,250.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Sans titre is the most expensive artwork by Muquet Barthelemy that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im September 2017 führte Christies in Paris die Auktion Collection Alberto Pinto durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans titre von Muquet Barthelemy zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.250,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Sans titre das teuerste Kunstwerk von Muquet Barthelemy, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
