Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Portrait of a woman with her bicycle by Mulala Landry was auctioned at Bonhams in London in December 2021. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 1,200.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 1,211.25 (€ 1,444.77). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Mulala Landry - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Sans titre, which sold at auction in July this year for EUR 4,096.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Portrait of a woman with her bicycle von Mulala Landry kam im Dezember 2021 bei Bonhams in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 1.200,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 1.211,25 (€ 1.444,77) einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Mulala Landry mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Sans titre beobachtet, die im Juli diesen Jahres für EUR 4.096,00 versteigert wurde.
