The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 800.00 – 1,200.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 840.00 (€ 1,234.07) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, View of Malvern Hills From Bevere is the most expensive artwork by Moses Griffith that we have observed at auctions so far.
