Artwork auctioned at three times the pre-set estimate
When the work "A longer Version of Dirk Diggler's little Brother, or its a wrong Information?" by Moritz Schleime was auctioned at VAN HAM in June 2021, the result exceeded expectations many times over. The estimate was set at - in retrospect quite modest - EUR 4,000.00 but the actual price achieved was more than three times as high at EUR 14,190.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Moritz Schleime; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot "The Agenda is Fuck Off". sold at auction in June last year with the realized price of EUR 14,520.00.
Kunstwerk zum Dreifachen des Schätzpreises versteigert
Als die Arbeit "A longer Version of Dirk Diggler's little Brother, or its a wrong Information?" von Moritz Schleime im Juni 2021 bei VAN HAM versteigert wurde, übertraf das Ergebnis die Erwartungen um ein Vielfaches. Der Schätzpreis war mit – rückwirkend betrachtet recht bescheidenen – EUR 4.000,00 angesetzt, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis hingegen war mit EUR 14.190,00 mehr als dreimal so hoch. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Moritz Schleime; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit "The Agenda is Fuck Off". im Juni letzten Jahres mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 14.520,00.
