Auction result misses estimated price range
In February 2013 a collector was able to acquire the work Portrait Of A Seated Man Holding A Book by Mirabello Cavalori for USD 134,500.00 (€ 102,836.61). This price was achieved in the auction Important Old Master Paintings and Sculpture at Sothebys in New York and was even below the estimate range of USD 150,000.00 – 200,000.00 set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Mirabello Cavalori have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work The Raising of Lazarus in October 2018 with an auction result of USD 468,500.00 (€ 413,430.99).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Februar 2013 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Portrait Of A Seated Man Holding A Book von Mirabello Cavalori für USD 134.500,00 (€ 102.836,61) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Important Old Master Paintings and Sculpture bei Sothebys in New York erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von USD 150.000,00 – 200.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Mirabello Cavalori auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit The Raising of Lazarus im Oktober 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 468.500,00 (€ 413.430,99).
