Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Mikhail Clodt von Jürgensburg achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in London in June 2020. In the Russian Pictures auction, the work Path Through A Birch Grove sold for GBP 52,500.00 (€ 57,819.65) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 25,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mikhail Clodt von Jürgensburg achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work A riverside farm in June 2010 with an auction result of GBP 769,250.00 (€ 935,479.60).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Mikhail Clodt von Jürgensburg erzielte im Juni 2020 bei Sothebys in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Russian Pictures wurde die Arbeit Path Through A Birch Grove für GBP 52.500,00 (€ 57.819,65) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 25.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mikhail Clodt von Jürgensburg erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit A riverside farm im Juni 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 769.250,00 (€ 935.479,60).
