A top price for Miguel Rio Branco
In November 2015 Christies in New York held the auction Latin American Art, which included the work Blue Tango 9 by Miguel Rio Branco. The »bidding war« ended at USD 56,250.00 (€ 53,256.96), 41% above the upper estimate. With this result, Blue Tango 9 is even the most expensive work of art by Miguel Rio Branco that we have observed at auctions so far.
