This artwork by Michele Cammarano achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in June this year. In the 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures auction, the work Paesaggio roccioso con figura femminile sold for EUR 1,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 700.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Michele Cammarano achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Incoraggiamento al vizio, 1868 in November 2002 with an auction result of EUR 171,950.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Michele Cammarano erzielte im Juni diesen Jahres bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures wurde die Arbeit Paesaggio roccioso con figura femminile für EUR 1.500,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 700,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Michele Cammarano erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Incoraggiamento al vizio, 1868 im November 2002 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 171.950,00.
