Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November 2013 Sothebys in London held the auction 19th Century European Paintings, which included the work German sailing On The Bosphorus by Michael Zeno Diemer. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 50,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 56,250.00 (€ 67,689.35). Other works by Michael Zeno Diemer have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of GBP 86,500.00 (€ 101,132.01) in May 2013 for the work German view Of The Bosphorus With Rumelihisari.

Im November 2013 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion 19th Century European Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit German sailing On The Bosphorus von Michael Zeno Diemer zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 50.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 56.250,00 (€ 67.689,35) einen neuen Besitzer.
