Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Michael Tyzack could be acquired at Christies in London in March 2018 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Modern | British & Irish Art auction, the work Parade changed hands for GBP 375.00 (€ 426.96) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 1,000.00 – 2,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Michael Tyzack - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Blue Spinner, which sold at auction in November 2012 for GBP 1,000.00 (€ 1,231.90).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Michael Tyzack konnte im März 2018 bei Christies in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Modern | British & Irish Art wechselte die Arbeit Parade für GBP 375,00 (€ 426,96) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 2.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Michael Tyzack mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Blue Spinner beobachtet, die im November 2012 für GBP 1.000,00 (€ 1.231,90) versteigert wurde.
