Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2021 Artcurial in Paris held the auction African Contemporary Art, which included the work Time 8, 2020 by Michael Musyoka. The price achieved of EUR 7,150.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Other works by Michael Musyoka have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in December 2021 the work Time 12, 2020 was auctioned for MAD 130,000.00 (€ 12,290.16).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im November 2021 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion African Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Time 8, 2020 von Michael Musyoka zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 7.150,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 6.000,00 – 8.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Michael Musyoka konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Dezember 2021 die Arbeit Time 12, 2020 für MAD 130.000,00 (€ 12.290,16) versteigert.
