The work V As In Victor by Michael Kagan was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in September 2021. It achieved a price of HKD 47,880.00 (€ 5,310.35), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 60%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Michael Kagan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work It Begins in June last year with an auction result of HKD 1,134,000.00 (€ 137,999.43).

Die Arbeit V As In Victor von Michael Kagan kam im September 2021 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von HKD 47.880,00 (€ 5.310,35) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 60%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Michael Kagan erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit It Begins im Juni letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 1.134.000,00 (€ 137.999,43).
