Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Trackdown (Decision in the Snow) by Michael Gentry was auctioned at Bonhams in Los Angeles in November this year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 2,500.00 – 3,500.00, the actual price achieved of USD 2,560.00 (€ 2,346.90) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Michael Gentry have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November this year the work The Vision of Sitting Bull was auctioned for USD 3,200.00 (€ 2,933.63).
