This artwork by Michael Buthe achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Amsterdam in November last year. In the 20th/21st Century: Amsterdam auction, the work without title sold for EUR 5,292.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Michael Buthe have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Ohne Titel in June 2019 with an auction result of EUR 49,600.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Michael Buthe erzielte im November letzten Jahres bei Christies in Amsterdam einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion 20th/21st Century: Amsterdam wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für EUR 5.292,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Michael Buthe auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Ohne Titel im Juni 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 49.600,00.
