Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Les deux amies by Micao Kono was sold in the British and European Art auction at Bonhams in London in November this year. The price achieved of GBP 1,792.00 (€ 2,076.54) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Micao Kono have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Kiki De Montparnasse , Circa 1925 in October 2006 with an auction result of EUR 16,032.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Les deux amies von Micao Kono wurde im November diesen Jahres in der Auktion British and European Art bei Bonhams in London versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.792,00 (€ 2.076,54) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.500,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Micao Kono auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Kiki De Montparnasse , Circa 1925 im Oktober 2006 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 16.032,00.
