Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Mayuka Yamamoto achieved an unexpectedly high price at China Guardian in October last year. In the Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art auction, the work Three Deer(Painted in 2011) sold for HKD 62,400.00 (€ 7,996.30) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 25,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mayuka Yamamoto achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Little Penguin Boy in April this year with an auction result of HKD 576,000.00 (€ 588,208.70).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Mayuka Yamamoto erzielte im Oktober letzten Jahres bei China Guardian einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Asian 20th Century and Contemporary Art wurde die Arbeit Three Deer(Painted in 2011) für HKD 62.400,00 (€ 7.996,30) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 25.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mayuka Yamamoto erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Little Penguin Boy im April diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 576.000,00 (€ 588.208,70).
