Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In November last year Artcurial in Paris held the auction African Contemporary Art, which included the work Polygamist, 2022 by Maxwell Boadi. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 5,510.00. Other works by Maxwell Boadi have achieved even higher prices, we observed the highest auction result so far of EUR 7,216.00 in November last year for the work The Skulls I Choose, 2022.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im November letzten Jahres führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion African Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Polygamist, 2022 von Maxwell Boadi zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 5.510,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Andere Arbeiten von Maxwell Boadi haben noch höhere Preise erzielt - wir haben das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis von EUR 7.216,00 im November letzten Jahres für die Arbeit The Skulls I Choose, 2022 beobachtet.
