In October 2016 Artcurial held the auction Old Master & 19th Century Art Paintings, Drawings, Sculptures, Antique and Collector Frames, which included the work Vue De Villers Sur Mer, Normandie by Maxime Lalanne. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,300.00 63% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Maxime Lalanne; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Various Views sold at auction in August 2006 with the realized price of USD 2,280.00 (€ 1,782.22).

Im Oktober 2016 führte Artcurial die Auktion Old Master & 19th Century Art Paintings, Drawings, Sculptures, Antique and Collector Frames durch, in der auch die Arbeit Vue De Villers Sur Mer, Normandie von Maxime Lalanne zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.300,00 und damit 63% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Maxime Lalanne; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Various Views im August 2006 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 2.280,00 (€ 1.782,22).
