Auction result well in line with expectations
In October this year Bonhams in Brussels held the auction Contemporary Art & Belgian Art Online, which included the work Sans titre by Mauro Staccioli. The price achieved of EUR 384.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 300.00 – 500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mauro Staccioli achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Punta Orizzontalecorten Steel. Executed In 2003. in October 2012 with an auction result of EUR 13,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober diesen Jahres führte Bonhams in Brüssel die Auktion Contemporary Art & Belgian Art Online durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans titre von Mauro Staccioli zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 384,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 300,00 – 500,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mauro Staccioli erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Punta Orizzontalecorten Steel. Executed In 2003. im Oktober 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 13.750,00.
