Auction result well in line with expectations
In February 2008 Artcurial in Paris held the auction Modern Art, which included the work Paysage De La Manche, 1942 by Maurice Louis Savin. The price achieved of EUR 1,859.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Other works by Maurice Louis Savin have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in February 2007 the work Nu was auctioned for EUR 1,973.00.

Im Februar 2008 führte Artcurial in Paris die Auktion Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Paysage De La Manche, 1942 von Maurice Louis Savin zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 1.859,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Maurice Louis Savin konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Februar 2007 die Arbeit Nu für EUR 1.973,00 versteigert.
