This artwork by Maurice Miot achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Amsterdam in March 2007. In the Kerseboom Unlimited; a no reserve sale ! auction, the work without title sold for EUR 360.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 150.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Maurice Miot - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Composition, which sold at auction in March 2007 for EUR 1,440.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Maurice Miot erzielte im März 2007 bei Christies in Amsterdam einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Kerseboom Unlimited; a no reserve sale ! wurde diese Arbeit ohne Titel für EUR 360,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 150,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Maurice Miot mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Composition beobachtet, die im März 2007 für EUR 1.440,00 versteigert wurde.
