Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Torso. by Matti Haupt was sold in the Modern + Contemporary, Helsinki F166 auction at Bukowski in Helsinki in April 2013. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 4,000.00 – 6,000.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 4,200.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Matti Haupt - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Torso., which sold at auction in June 2013 for EUR 12,000.00.

Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 4.000,00 – 6.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 4.200,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
