In October 2017 Bukowski in Stockholm held the auction Contemporary Art & Design, which included the work "Jacobs stege" by Mats Gustafson. The result of SEK 10,000.00 (€ 1,026.79) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of SEK 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Mats Gustafson have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work "Rock (16)" in April 2019 with an auction result of SEK 46,000.00 (€ 4,320.33).
Zuschlag beim unteren Schätzpreis
Im Oktober 2017 führte Bukowski in Stockholm die Auktion Contemporary Art & Design durch, in der auch die Arbeit "Jacobs stege" von Mats Gustafson zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von SEK 10.000,00 (€ 1.026,79) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 10.000,00 – 15.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Mats Gustafson auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit "Rock (16)" im April 2019 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von SEK 46.000,00 (€ 4.320,33).
