Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2013 Koller held the auction PostWar & Contemporary, which included the work Ohne Titel. 1962. by Matias Spescha. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of CHF 3,000.00 – 4,000.00, the actual price achieved of CHF 3,240.00 (€ 2,635.33) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Matias Spescha have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Peinture "Grau-Schwarz", 1961 in June 2001 with an auction result of CHF 29,375.00 (€ 19,290.99).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2013 führte Koller die Auktion PostWar & Contemporary durch, in der auch die Arbeit Ohne Titel. 1962. von Matias Spescha zur Versteigerung kam. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von CHF 3.000,00 – 4.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von CHF 3.240,00 (€ 2.635,33) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Matias Spescha auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Peinture "Grau-Schwarz", 1961 im Juni 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 29.375,00 (€ 19.290,99).
