Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2014 a collector was able to acquire the work At the well by Mathurin Moreau for SEK 18,000.00 (€ 1,965.67). This price was achieved in the auction Classic Sale at Bukowski in Stockholm and was even below the estimate range of SEK 20,000.00 – 25,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mathurin Moreau achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work French printemps in November 2012 with an auction result of USD 68,500.00 (€ 52,651.81).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2014 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit At the well von Mathurin Moreau für SEK 18.000,00 (€ 1.965,67) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Classic Sale bei Bukowski in Stockholm erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von SEK 20.000,00 – 25.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mathurin Moreau erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit French printemps im November 2012 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 68.500,00 (€ 52.651,81).
