Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Interior With Spinning Wheel by Mary Augusta Hiester Reid was sold in the Important Canadian Art auction at Sothebys in Toronto in November 2011. Here, the upper estimate of CAD 7,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for CAD 7,800.00 (€ 5,684.32). However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Mary Augusta Hiester Reid - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Still Life With Copper Pot And Roses, which sold at auction in November 2011 for CAD 19,200.00 (€ 13,992.18).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen

Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von CAD 7.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für CAD 7.800,00 (€ 5.684,32) einen neuen Besitzer.
