In June 2014 Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Senza titolo by Martin Bradley. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,000.00 54% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Martin Bradley have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Abstract in July 2011 with an auction result of GBP 16,875.00 (€ 19,366.59).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 54 % übertroffen
Im Juni 2014 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Senza titolo von Martin Bradley zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.000,00 und damit 54% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Martin Bradley auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Abstract im Juli 2011 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 16.875,00 (€ 19.366,59).
