Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Sans Titre - 1998 by Marthe Wéry was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in March 2020. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 6,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 6,240.00. Admittedly, works by Marthe Wéry have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in October 2016 with an auction result of GBP 32,500.00 (€ 36,205.98).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Sans Titre - 1998 von Marthe Wéry kam im März 2020 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 6.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 6.240,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Marthe Wéry auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Oktober 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 32.500,00 (€ 36.205,98).
