Auction result misses estimated price range
In December 2019 a collector was able to acquire the work Human Nature Is Always The Enemy Of Anything Superior by Mark Titchner for GBP 1,625.00 (€ 1,920.56). This price was achieved in the auction The Hoarder Sale at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mark Titchner achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Find Our World in Yours in March 2019 with an auction result of GBP 20,000.00 (€ 23,213.40).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Dezember 2019 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Human Nature Is Always The Enemy Of Anything Superior von Mark Titchner für GBP 1.625,00 (€ 1.920,56) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion The Hoarder Sale bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 2.000,00 – 3.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Mark Titchner erzielen.
