In November 2015 Il Ponte held the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo, which included the work Composizione con frutta by Marius Ledda. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 1,000.00 54% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Marius Ledda have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Donne al pozzo in November 2015 with an auction result of EUR 5,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 54 % übertroffen
Im November 2015 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo durch, in der auch die Arbeit Composizione con frutta von Marius Ledda zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 1.000,00 und damit 54% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Marius Ledda auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Donne al pozzo im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 5.000,00.
