Auction result well in line with expectations
The work G. V. 799 by Mario de Luigi was sold in the Arte Moderna e Contemporanea auction at Il Ponte in June 2019. It changed hands for a price of EUR 28,000.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Mario de Luigi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work G.G. 115, which sold at auction in June 2018 for EUR 56,250.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit G. V. 799 von Mario de Luigi wurde im Juni 2019 in der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea bei Il Ponte versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 28.000,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 20.000,00 – 30.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Mario de Luigi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit G.G. 115 beobachtet, die im Juni 2018 für EUR 56.250,00 versteigert wurde.
