Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
In January 2006 Christies in Paris held the auction Intérieurs, which included the work Sans titre by Marina Karella. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 360.00 20% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Marina Karella achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Chair in November 2018 with an auction result of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,279.70).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Im Januar 2006 führte Christies in Paris die Auktion Intérieurs durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans titre von Marina Karella zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 360,00 und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Marina Karella erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Chair im November 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 11.279,70).
