Auction result misses estimated price range
In March this year a collector was able to acquire the work Portrait of a woman in a red hat by Marie Sandholt for DKK 2,500.00 (€ 335.49). This price was achieved in the auction Paintings, furniture and varia at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 4,000.00 – 6,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Marie Sandholt have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in July this year by the work “Sydspidsen af Saltholm set fra anløbsbroen” at DKK 3,000.00 (€ 402.36).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im März diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Portrait of a woman in a red hat von Marie Sandholt für DKK 2.500,00 (€ 335,49) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 4.000,00 – 6.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Marie Sandholt wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Juli diesen Jahres die Arbeit “Sydspidsen af Saltholm set fra anløbsbroen” mit DKK 3.000,00 (€ 402,36).
