Auction result well in line with expectations

It changed hands for a price of USD 1,875.00 (€ 1,295.96) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Admittedly, works by Marie Dieterle have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Cows drinking in a river landscape in October 2008 with an auction result of USD 9,375.00 (€ 7,392.37).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Cows out to pasture von Marie Dieterle wurde im Oktober 2007 in der Auktion The House Sale bei Christies in New York versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 1.875,00 (€ 1.295,96) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 1.500,00 – 2.000,00.
