Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Femme Assise En Tailleur (Woman Seated Cross-Legged) by Marie-Antoinette Boullard-Devé was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2008. It changed hands for a price of HKD 47,500.00 (€ 4,831.65) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 40,000.00 – 50,000.00. Admittedly, works by Marie-Antoinette Boullard-Devé have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Scene De Famille Vietnamienne (A Vietnamese Family Scene) in October 2016 with an auction result of HKD 275,000.00 (€ 32,361.80).

Die Arbeit Femme Assise En Tailleur (Woman Seated Cross-Legged) von Marie-Antoinette Boullard-Devé kam im Oktober 2008 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 47.500,00 (€ 4.831,65) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 40.000,00 – 50.000,00.
