Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Desnudo Masculino by Mariano Salvador Maella was sold in the ARTE ESPANOL auction at Christies in Madrid in October 2004. The price achieved of EUR 8,962.50 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 7,000.00 – 10,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Mariano Salvador Maella achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work L'Apothéose D'Hadrien: Projet Pour Le Plafond Du Palais Royal De Madrid in June 2010 with an auction result of EUR 181,000.00.

Die Arbeit Desnudo Masculino von Mariano Salvador Maella wurde im Oktober 2004 in der Auktion ARTE ESPANOL bei Christies in Madrid versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 8.962,50 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 7.000,00 – 10.000,00 angegeben worden.
