Auction result misses estimated price range
In January 2002 a collector was able to acquire the work A seated lady by Mari Andriessen for EUR 2,115.00. This price was achieved in the auction PICTURES WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS at Christies in Amsterdam and was even below the estimate range of EUR 2,200.00 – 3,200.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Mari Andriessen - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Design For Anne Frank, Standing, which sold at auction in March 2009 for EUR 4,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Januar 2002 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit A seated lady von Mari Andriessen für EUR 2.115,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion PICTURES WATERCOLOURS AND DRAWINGS bei Christies in Amsterdam erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.200,00 – 3.200,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Mari Andriessen mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Design For Anne Frank, Standing beobachtet, die im März 2009 für EUR 4.750,00 versteigert wurde.
