A top price for Manuel López Cantero - as previously expected
The work Spanish The Alhambra by Manuel López Cantero was auctioned at Sothebys in London in November 2008. The price achieved of GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,556.72) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Spanish The Alhambra is the most expensive artwork by Manuel López Cantero that we have observed at auctions so far.
