The result of USD 25,000.00 (€ 19,177.66) was exactly at the lower end of the estimate range of USD 25,000.00 – 35,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Manuel González Serrano - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work La mexicana (Rosaura Revueltas), which sold at auction in May 2018 for USD 50,000.00 (€ 42,844.90).

Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von USD 25.000,00 (€ 19.177,66) entsprach exakt dem unteren Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 25.000,00 – 35.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Manuel González Serrano mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit La mexicana (Rosaura Revueltas) beobachtet, die im Mai 2018 für USD 50.000,00 (€ 42.844,90) versteigert wurde.
